SHIPPING RATES
- Orders of 1 item: $5.99 flat rate shipping
- Orders above $59.98 - FREE shipping
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time within the United States is 7-12 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status. Please allow 2-3 business days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package cannot be located, contact us at getinflato@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
