INFLATO RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your Inflato purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return or refund. To be eligible:

- The item must be unused or gently tested (we understand you need to try it)
- The item must include all original accessories (nozzles, charging cable)
- You must provide your order number and reason for return

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at getinflato@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and a photo of the item. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your Inflato arrives damaged or defective, email us immediately at getinflato@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged item.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different color or variant, please return your current item for a refund and place a new order.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items returned after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund. Items that have been intentionally damaged or misused are not eligible.

SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover all return shipping costs.
